The Fort Collins Women with Wings pilot project has been huge...over 400 women participated resulting in approximately 30 towers filled with the symbols or our lives, each topped with a beautiful winged woman.  The opening reception was on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the Clara Hatton Gallery on the campus of Colorado State Univeristy.  During the exhibition, the towers were sold through a silent auction to pay expenses from the pilot project, raise money to publish a book and video of stories and images from the project and to make way to provide a launching point to take this project to communities nationally and internationally.
